About our food
We know you eat at Ping Pong because of our great tasting food, but a key focus of our menu development is to provide healthy dishes that are good for you and delicious!

We are famous for our steamed dishes ...which is not only healthy and pure, but seals in all the nutritional elements of our food and allows all the flavours to really shine through.
Sesame Oil
Sesame is one of the oldest seeds known to man and has a long history in Chinese cooking. In Chinese medicine it provides warming yang qualities. For a more modern day approach, it is rich in mono and polyunsaturated acids the good kind of fat that cuts cholesterol. Sesame oil is also low in saturated fats which is great news.. It also contains two elements sesamol and sesamin which are powerful antioxidants boosting your immune system and slowing down ageing!

A lot of our dishes are low in saturated fats which are the type of fats you want to avoid! These are marked with a clear symbol
